Bonivio provides preparation and compliance guidance to help businesses get ready for WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding. This includes readiness reviews, policy templates, and messaging best-practice guidance.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Bonivio does not guarantee messaging limit increases, onboarding approval, or any specific outcome. Messaging limits are assigned and controlled by Meta based on eligibility, quality, and platform rules.
Bonivio is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Meta or WhatsApp.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, template rules, and consent requirements.
- Obtain proper opt-in before messaging users and honor opt-out requests.
- Not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or prohibited activities.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use our services to send spam, fraud, misleading offers, prohibited products, or any content restricted by Meta policy or applicable law.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, setup fees are one-time charges. Please review our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonivio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any decisions made by Meta regarding your account.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
